Model O2Oxygen Analyzer

The Model O2 Oxygen Analyzer is a versatile, research grade oxygen analyzer measuring 5 to 100% oxygen. The unit includes gas sampling pump, flow controller, LED display, touch panel controls for alarm, flow, and calibration functions, analog and digital RS-232 outputs, and 95 to 250 VAC input at half the cost of competitive units. The Model O2 has US FDA and CE MDD clearances to market in human medical use applications in addition to industrial and other research uses. Software included writes data to Excel graphs. For portable operation, a battery and carrying case accessory is offered.

Model O2TTransfill Oxygen Analyzer

 MO2T transfill monitor and carrying case

The Model O2T Oxygen Monitor is designed for transfilling (oxygen refill) to verify the strength and identity of medical grade USP oxygen. This unit meets the FDA requirements under 21CFR211 for this refilling application. The analyzer measures oxygen/nitrogen mixtures near 100% with an accuracy of 0.1% and features an electronic flow meter and touch panel controls for calibration. Available in two models, the O2T, with a pump to enable collection and measurement of non-pressurized gases, and the O2Tr, with a 1-150 psi pressure regulator, to allow direct connection to pressurized gas regulators. A calibration kit accessory is available comprising certified cal gases, regulators, and flow control accessories.

Model O2iM Oxygen Safety Monitor

The Model O2iM Oxygen Safety Monitor measures oxygen deficiency in your most critical environments. NEMA-4X enclosure can be wall-mounted in almost any location. RS-232 and RS-485 communication using ASCII or ModBus commands provide full remote monitor and control capabilities. Division 2 purge is also available for use around potentially combustible gases.

Measure the oxygen concentration in your process and improve your efficiency. Oxigraf can configure the O2iL with a pump to suit your every need. Sample gas down to 100 mbar and O2 concentrations below 5% - simultaeneously. Resolution to 0.1% and optional CO2, too. NEMA 4X enclosure lets you place the unit almost anywhere in your facility.

Model O2LHigh Resolution Oxygen Analyzer

The Model O2L Oxygen Analyzer measures oxygen in air mixtures for industrial applications with a resolution of 100 ppm from 0 to 10% or with a resolution of 0.1% from 0 to 100%. In addition to the features of the Model O2, the O2L offers a 4-20 mA analog output and four front-panel-programmable alarm contacts. This unit is used, for example, in fuel mixture and combustion emissions analysis.

These modules are designed for incorporation in OEM instrument applications. An RS-232 interface and software interface guide is provided. An analog output may also be used with a buffer amplifier. Input power is +5, +12V.

The X2003 Oxygen Sensor is designed for anesthesia gas monitors. It is accurate in any mixture of anesthetic gases and independent ambient temperature changes and flow system induced pressure changes. The 10 to 90% response time is 130 ms at a flow of 200 ml/min.

The X2004 Oxygen Sensor is designed for metabolic gas exchange measurements. It has a resolution of 0.02% oxygen and accuracy of +- 0.2% in air mixtures with a response time of 100 ms at 200 ml/min.

The X2014 Oxygen Sensor combines into a single package, a CO2 sensor and the well known Oxigraf X2004 sensor.

The X2007 Oxygen Sensor is designed for aircraft applications and can measure oxygen concentrations at sample and/or ambient pressures of 20 to 115 kPa.

The X2008 Oxygen Sensor is designed to measure very low oxygen concentrations.
